Terms & Conditions
- Any employee of a real estate agency, mortgage broker or accounting firm may nominate one person only who is currently employed as a paralegal, conveyancing clerk.
- They must nominate them on the electronic submission form on this site. They must also include all mandatory fields.
- Entry is free
- The value of the prize is in excess of $2,000 AUD
- The Closing date is Wednesday the 26th October 2011 at 5.00 pm
- The winner will be announced at 10.00am Friday the 28th of October 2011 at the premises of bytherules Conveyancing Lawyers 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville, QLD.
- The winner will be notified via the information in the entry form.
- The winner shall be determined by the person who receives the most nominations/votes up until the closing date. Should there be more than one person with the same highest number of votes then those persons names are placed into a barrel which shall be rotated and the first name drawn out shall be the winner
- The prize winner must consent to a promotional picture and agrees to write a post card for publication on the web and in any media in which the entity conducting the competition shall determine.
- The prize is valid for 12 months and may be taken at any time by providing 30 days notice to the entity conducting the draw.
- The competition is conducted by bytherules Conveyancing Lawyers pty ltd
