Disclosure of Non Approved Building Works

1.1 The Buyer acknowledges that the improvements on the Land include a [INSERT NAME OF STRUCTURE] which has been erected on the subject property without Local Government Approval.

1.2 The Buyer agrees not to make any requisition, objection or claim in relation to the existence of the [INSERT NAME OF STRUCTURE] and agrees that Clause 7.6 of the Terms of Contract for Houses and Land does not apply to the [INSERT NAME OF STRUCTURE] and any valid notice or order by any competent authority (including but not limited to an outstanding enforcement notice or outstanding show cause notice) or Court requiring work to be done or money spent in relation to the Property must be fully complied with by the Buyer regardless of the date of issue.
