We selected BTR specifically because of a previous engagement. Familiarity with people (Cindy and Emma) is an added layer of security for us because we knew who we are dealing with. Emma was always available, always courteous and always happy to help with questions coming from those who do not do this every day. Emma also ensured that we had all requirements covered from our end. It was comforting to be supported through our transaction to the successful conclusion. 10/10 BTR 🙂
