Hayley Bender was my solicitor and she was amazing!! I was nervous about the whole process of selling my house in Australia while I was in the USA. But Hayley was very friendly, helpful, efficient and straight forward. Everything was quick and easy till the end when the lending bank refused my identity verification and signed transfer of title - TWICE ! Because this didn't seem right to Hayley either, she asked the head of her company to go to bat for us and get the job done. We closed the next day. Thank you so much for all your hard work. You are greatly appreciated.

This is the second time we have used Bytherules Conveyancing and once again it was a great experience. Amy Andrew was extremely thorough and has fantastic communication. We bought and sold at the same time and managed to do a 30 day settlement on the place we sold and a 21 day settlement on the place we purchased. Under very tight deadlines Amy was able to get everything processed in time for settlement day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thanks!

Everything was excellent, only thing I can say negatively is that the COI application was at times confusing and took a while to complete. My conveyancer was Petra Baker, she was lovely and made the entire process pretty clear and easy, she was also very available to help me out whenever required. I have already recommended bytherules (in particular Petra) to family to use also.
