Megan and her team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first moment I made contact to ask Megan Mapes to act as our conveyancer. Over a 6 month period while we hunted for our first house Megan was patient and always able and willing to answer our questions and allay our concerns. Megan made the process of buying of first home so much easier and always made sure she was drawing our attention to concerning clauses or conditions which could negatively affect us or have the potential for unexpected outcomes. I felt safe and secure with Megan as our conveyancer. I would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Megan and her team to anyone (and have done so already!). If we ever need Conveyancing assurance Megan will be my first point of call, without a doubt. The quote we were provided at the beginning of our engagement with Megan was fair and reasonable and came without surprises when it came time for settlement. Worth every single cent.
