Our ongoing, comprehensive training includes everything you need to own and operate a successful bytherules franchise. We train you to use our market leading and bespoke practice management system, how to build and grow your franchise area and show you how to operate the “bytherules” way. You will have continuous access to bytherules Academy, our online learning system, 24/7. We also provide numerous specialised online events to help our Franchise Owners stay at the forefront of the industry. Plus, our Franchise Owners have access to support from all bytherules head office.

Many of our Franchise Owners started out as conveyancing paralegals who had been employees all of their working lives. A large part of our initial and ongoing training focuses on the business aspects of running a bytherules franchise. If you are new to running your own business, then being a part of a successful franchise network is the best possible way to help you develop your business skills. As part of the bytherules family you will also have the support of fellow franchisees and their knowledgeable staff. Clearly, if you are an experienced conveyancing paralegal and want to run your own business, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. As an experienced conveyancing paralegal, you can become a bytherules Franchise Owner without having to employ anyone to undertake the actual conveyancing administration work for you, keeping costs to a minimum. We understand though that not everyone who is interested in becoming a bytherules Franchise Owner is an experienced conveyancing paralegal. Opportunities do exist. Experience working with real estate agents and mortgage brokers is a advantage.

Ideally you will have 3+ years of A to Z conveyancing experience. Everyone is different though and we will evaluate your expertise when you apply. 

bytherules has been successful due to the local relationships our Franchise Owners build in their franchise areas. These relationships are particularly important when building a referral base of local real estate agents and mortgage brokers. We strongly believe that you need a material connection within the area that your franchise services. The best material connection is to actually live within that area, or very close to it. This will enable you to network more effectively, especially if you are part of the local community. However, it could be that you have worked for a few years in a particular area and built strong relationships with agents and brokers. We will discuss this with you at application time. If you believe you have strong connections in one of our vacant territories, and are confident you can demonstrate them, we would love to hear from you.
