If a problem is caused by an outside party bytherules will attempt to resolve the matter however are not responsible for the performance of third parties. To the extent that any service provided by bytherules is defective we will endeavour to correct the problem or replace the service, should the service not be able to be replaced, bytherules will provide a refund of its professional fees.
