Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Refund Policy

Bytherules will endeavour to ensure that all of its services are delivered on time and are of the highest standard. Sometimes this is not always possible due to outside factors. If a problem is caused by an outside party bytherules will attempt to resolve the matter however are not responsible for the performance of third parties. To the extent that any service provided by bytherules is defective we will endeavour to correct the problem or replace the service, should the service not be able to be replaced, bytherules will provide a refund of its professional fees.
