Firstly Karen was excellent to have paperwork prepared prior to us going overseas so that a sale could proceed while we were away. Secondly Jess was super efficient & attentive to all details associated with the sale. Her communications were clear and informative. Overalll a very positive experience & I would have no hesitation using the service again.
