Bytherules went beyond being competent and reliable. They followed the process very closely, communicated regularly and effectively with all other involved parties and were proactive in progressing various obstacles which could have delayed or prevented settlement. We have no hesitation at all in recommending them to others. Bytherules will be our own preferred conveyancers in the event that we become involved in any future real estate transactions.
