Thanks so much to Sheryn and Ellie for the great service we received with our recent simultaneous sale and purchase. Both Sheryn and Ellie were very efficient, proactive and responsive to our calls and emails and made sure the whole process was as easy and smooth as possible. I highly recommend By The Rules and would definitely use their services again!
