Easy to use and great communication. No hidden costs. Fees most reasonable. Tracee made selling my house a totally uncomplicated process. Even the hiccup of the first contract falling through was simply handled and luckily for me straight on to another buyer contract that settled yesterday. I highly recommend By The Rules Conveyancing.
