You are helpful, answered my small questions and Amy and Katelyn in particular were great to deal with.
Everything also went extremely smoothly due to proactive communications on both ends.
The only small negative in my experience is that it was sometimes hard to get through phoning the main line but I understand that this could be a staffing thing as I was often calling at lunch time.
