In the past I have used solicitors and always found them slow to act and hard to contact, and had problems to the point where I ended up lodging complaints with the law society, Then I discovered Bytherules and ever since then I have enjoyed the buying and selling experience much more, always easy to communicate, helpful, and a smooth process to settlement, it actually feels more like a friend helping you out than just paying for a service.
