Out standing communication and organisational skills Had answers for every question and communicate in a way I understood Listened to me rave on with anxiety as I was dealing with a body corporate issue I had not come across before Advice was always professional When not in the office always made sure some other wonderful member of the team contacted me I was always made to feel important I have dealt with several Conveyancing firms in Victoria and QLD and your employees are A+++++ their Bose should be very proud of them. They all deserve a bonus
