The Buyer’s offer to purchase the Property as contained in this Contract will lapse unless written notice of acceptance of it is received by the Buyer or the Buyer’s solicitor (by way of fully executed Contract) by no later than 5:00pm on (INSERT DATE), failing which this offer is deemed to have been withdrawn.
