Buying and selling a property is the biggest transaction most people will ever experience so I pride myself on working with my clients and other industry professionals to achieve a stress-free transaction for everyone involved that will leave clients not afraid to buy or sell again.
Conveyancing is all I have ever known, and my experience started from a young age so I get very invested for my clients and make every transaction a kind and personal experience that my clients will always remember.
I am a very open and honest person, so I am always communicating with all parties involved in the transaction to keep everyone in the loop with everything and am always a phone call or email away. No question is too silly and as I say to my clients, I do this every day whereas they may only do this once or twice in their life, so I am here to help in any way possible.

I have a modern perspective and have watched the conveyancing industry rapidly grow into the digital world. I have also been a part of transactions from a Real Estate side, so I understand how much work goes into it from all parties involved.
What’s the most important part of conveyancing to ensure success?
Open communication and honesty, ensuring everyone is kept in the loop including finance brokers and real estate agents.
What involvement do you have in your community?
I have grown up within my community and been a part of the local Fishing and Social Club since I was a kid. I was also involved in surf life saving for 15 years, competing in IRB Racing and doing regular beach patrols.
What are your hobbies/interests?
Anything outdoors but especially camping/4WD and beach trips with my partner and fur-baby Peaches (Dutch Shepherd) but I also love a good binge worthy show for a lazy and chill weekend.

Chloe was an exceptional conveyancer. We had recommendations from the buyers real estate agent too. All the promises came through about just how GOOD she was at her job! She went above and beyond and it really showed day 1 when she answered a call after hours to take on us as a new client. With absolutely 0 fuss she made the entire process and absolute breeze, seriously I mean this. Her phone manner, communications, professionalism, and extended details into every email made any questions that I might of had so easy to find. Because the answers were already there! For a first home buyer the market is a scary thing but we had complete trust in chloe she did all the figures before the bank could even figure out them! She explained all the hidden cost and gave us the option if we wanted to include them, now or leave it for the future ie if we were to renovate what we will need etc.
