Karen took the stress out of purchasing a property. We had an awful experience with the bank not getting back to us and on their behalf not being organised with what they needed on our end, even after we asked what else is needed. Karen took the time to answer any questions we had in relation to the bank and gave us piece of mind. If it wasn’t for Karen we would of pulled out of the purchase due to the bank and the length of time they took.
