What sets you apart from other conveyancing Paralegals?
I believe that a good conveyancer is someone who puts the client’s interests first, someone who offers sound advice in a jargon free manner even when this involves not providing good news. I have over 16 years in the legal industry and I genuinely love what I do. I always make sure that I build a relationship with my clients because I believe getting to know you helps me help you. I don’t want to just be the conveyancer for this transaction…I want to be your family conveyancer…your go to person for all property related transactions.
What involvement do you have in your community?
I am a big advocate and supporter of Autism Queensland. This is a cause close to my heart as my son has Autism, ADHD and suffers from Anxiety.
What’s the most important part of conveyancing to ensure success?
Communication! I am straightforward and work hard to ensure that I share information and advice. I work with the real estate agent, bank and any related parties to ensure that your transaction runs smoothly and is problem-free and straightforward. I will always go above and beyond to ensure that your settlement has gone as smoothly as possible and will make myself available either via phone or email when you need advice, support or simply just reassurance in sometimes stressful circumstances.
What are your hobbies/interests?
Other than my Husband, Son and Dog I have two other main loves…Cars and Reading.
I am a total petrol head at heart. My husband and I are regulars at Willowbank and Warwick Dragway where we compete in drag racing competitions such as Kenda and Road Trip. If I am not crewing for my husband while he races his car then I am behind the wheel racing my XW Wagon.
Reading….there is nothing better than the smell of a new book. My favourite Authors are anything JD Robb (Nora Roberts), JR Ward, Cassandra Clare and Laurell K Hamilton just to name a few

We found Chantelle to be efficient ,pleasant ,fuss free ,and very detailed. Ours was a straight forward sale with nonbank involvement , but nevertheless she did a wonderful and thorough job keeping us informed throughout
