Your service was really good, I just think it would be great if you could provide a guide or steps for people to understand wha to expect from the process from the start. As an immigrant and first home buyer, it would’ve been good to have an overview from the start. I think we would ask a lot of questions and this was because we had no idea of what would come next or what to expect. This would definitely help future clients, especially if they have no clue like us.
