What would be your strongest traits?
I have been working in the legal industry for 25 years in various levels however have always been involved in property and associated transactions. With my extensive experience, client focus and oriented dedication to a matter, I am confident I can overcome and relieve whatever stress or concerns a client may have with their transaction.
What sets you apart from other conveyancers?
My wife may not agree but I am a good listener. I am genuine, approachable, family oriented and enjoy forming long term relationships with people who cross my path.
What’s the most important part of conveyancing to ensure success?
Apart from knowing the process of conveyancing, you need to communicate with all parties in the transaction ate every stage. Main complaint to any business owner in the service industry is the lack of communication and “people guessing” what is happening with, in most cases, the biggest life changing event they will go through.
What developments are you excited about in your territory?
After living in NSW for many years, relocating to the beautiful Sunshine Coast was not a hard choice to make. Queendsland Lifestyle is second to none and to see the upgrade of the Bruce Highways, new Developments popping up in my Territory plus opening of the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, the confidence in the local area is high.
What involvement do you have in your community?
I was active member of the Ingleburn Lions Club and am working towards reconnecting with my local Lions club again. I also enjoy working with the residents at the local Retirement Village. I try to give back to the Community every chance I get and now being in business, plan to be more involved and supportive.
What are your hobbies/interests
Sailing is a passion of mine together with a study of History. I enjoy reading and learning about the past and get excited about what is to come in the future.
