What would be your strongest traits?
Putting clients first is without a doubt my strongest attribute. I strive to get the best outcomes for my clients to ensure their conveyancing experience is a seamless one. That puts customer service and communication at the top of my priority list on a daily basis.
What sets you apart from other conveyancing Paralegals?
Over 15 years’ experience in the legal profession has taught me to approach everything I do with an analytical mindset to ensure that nothing important is overlooked and my clients’ interests are protected at all times. That, coupled with a systemised approach to time management, means that the vast majority of my matters settle on time. If unavoidable problems do arise, I’m great at finding solutions to get things back on track.
What’s the most important part of conveyancing to ensure success?
Being mindful of deadlines is critical to a conveyance. That’s why we use a highly advanced system to stay on the front foot and avoid issues from arising that might jeopardise settlement. Organisation by both us and our clients is vital.
What involvement do you have in your community?
I’m involved with the local soccer club both as a player and “soccer Dad” with my kids. I’m also fairly well engrained in the local original music scene, playing in several bands and helping to arrange various shows and events.
What are your hobbies/interests?
In my downtime I love to surf, play music and get stuck into the garden and house renovations.
