1.1 The Seller warrants that the Solar Panels on the Property are unencumbered and there is no current PPS registration. If this warranty is incorrect, the Buyer may elect to terminate this Contract and the Deposit is to be refunded to the Buyer in full without deduction.
1.2 The Seller make no representations or warranties with respect to the solar panels in relation to their condition, state of repair, fitness for the purposes for which they were installed, their in-put to the electricity grid or any benefits arising from any electricity generated by the said solar panels.
