Kim jones managed my case and encounter a few obstacles in the VOI. Though her commitment and determination Kim got me over the line and made it all happen. I have been in my house 3 weeks now and often wonder what would be if I pulled out of the contact. Kim has not returned my calls as I wish to thank her for an excellent job and professional very well done. Recent findings advised me Kim had left your organisation and I wish her well – as a project manager you realise in the long haul you are only as good as the people you employ – I gave her 10 out 10 cheers
