I used bytherules and Cindy 7 years ago & remember how smoothly the sale went. Engaged her team again for another sale This week I settled on a sale. The buyer’s solicitor for 3 days tried strong arm tactics to force a discount for an early tenant departure. Kobe & Emma were brilliant! Answered calls, followed up promptly, advised strong contractual position with options & recommendations. They were calm & we maintained the position with a successful settlement. What a professional team! I am so impressed & grateful for their expertise! Highly recommend!!
