I used Bytherules to carry out the conveyancing for the sale of an investment property, having had them recommended to me by the agent selling the property (no business connection at all). Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Organised, easy to get started with them, clear on the services provided, a high standard of proactive communication throughout and a reasonable price (definitely cheaper than obtaining a similar service here in Victoria). Also patiently responded to and answered my various (sometimes not terribly intelligent 🙄) questions. Will definitely be using Bytherules again the next time I sell a property.
