I had a really great experience with Chloe and the team from the very first call. I had requested a quote online a week or so prior but hadn’t acted on it and after making an offer on a property I rang Chloe in an absolute panic as I wasn’t sure of what I was meant to do, or what next steps were. Chloe was so welcoming, reassuring and helped me to calm which was such a great touch for an initial convo. And that level of service was maintained throughout our whole experience. I was always informed, and where I had questions, Chloe was always available. The process itself was great, with most of it digital which is exactly what I need for my lifestyle.
