We have now benefited from both Claire and Jayne who both communicated readily and exercised considerable patience in our 4 house transactions. We sold our home of 23 years without a worry as the conveyancing just sort of happened thanks to Claire. Then we bought a duplex in Kin Kora but the termites terminated the contract. No probs, Jayne extracted us from what might have become a disaster. The next was a unit with a carport that rose from the ground like a weed, albeit a very well constructed erection. However, with neither body corp not council approval it wasn’t really part of the sale and again Jayne to the rescue. The third unit did have some plumbing problems but they were resolved and we now have a new home. I’m not planning to ever buy another house but, if somehow I had to, I’ll be calling on bytherules conveyancing to guide is through the process.
