From my first contact with Jo I felt at ease. Jo is a highly experienced SME, knew exactly what she was doing, and was quick to act on things that needed to be done prior to settlement. Jo only contacted me when she needed to, which I appreciated, and provided clear instructions on everything that was required of me, and when.
