Of the 4 other conveyancers used hands down best. Most thorough. For example buying first house I kept asking conveyancer when deposit. They said don’t worry about it. Next thing I knew an angry real estate agent was calling to say I was in breach off contract for not paying the deposit in time. If I were hyper critical I’d put 9 as sometimes difficult to contact. But hands down best eclipses that psuedo criticism.
