Carolynne encouraged me to obtain a strata report despite the agent making me feel like it was unnecessary and just a waste of time. Although no real issues appeared on that report, I now understand the significance of obtaining one. As a first home buyer we are guided by the professionals around us, so had there been a discrepancy I would have walked face first into a very expensive problem. I am thankful that someone like Carolynne was at the helm, encouraging me to look out for my own best interests. I also feel that the entire process was easy from start to finish.
