Tina from the Birkdale office has handled one sale and three purchases for us. For all of our dealings she has been the ultimate professional. However for our latest purchase she has been particularly fantastic (and very patient with us!) as it was a very long contract and complicated settlement process. We highly recommend Tina and her team.
