We appreciated the ease with which our conveyancing took place. Amy was prompt in dealing with all communications and kept us updated throughout the process. Buying a new home can be stressful at times but we felt Amy relieved any anxieties we may have had with clear communication and her availability to be contacted with any queries. Amy was very efficient and always replied promptly to any queries we had. We would definitely use by the rules again.
