Chloe and her team were so very professional, competent, caring and understanding. It was a very emotional time for me, the worst event I’ve ever experienced in my life, was selling my beloved home of 30 years.
I had never sold a home either and had no skills base. This is an on-line business however Chloe allowed me to come in and go through paperwork with her and her staff.
Chloe not only did a perfect job but picked up a couple of mistakes with the not so competent real estate agents. Including on the day of settlement the buyers had not paid the deposit that they should have and the real estate agents didn’t even pick it up. She paid it herself out of her own money to have it all sorted for me and take stress away from me. And followed up with the real estate agents.
She, Chloe followed up with me after the settlement to check on me etc.
I had no hesitation in signing Chloe and her business straight up for when I bought later on.
