Chantelle was incredible. No problem was too hard, everything could be solved, and even when the bank stuffed up royally, she dealt with it like the incredible pillar of strength that she is and fixed everything so that I was safe and everything was easy. She also dealt amazingly with my collection of constant questions and checking and worrying, and didn’t once make me feel like an idiot for not understanding even the most basic aspects of the process. Could not recommend her enough.
