From our first conversation with Karen I knew we were in capable hands.
In early November 2018 we decided to purchase a beachside home in Agnes Water. Living in Far North Queensland we needed someone to act for us in the local area.
Karen kept us informed and reminded us when crucial dates were looming, so at all times I felt completely confident that she was looking after us
When we finally got a sale for our home in FNQ. We got Karen to handle that transaction also. This contract had some very difficult and unusual hurdles which Karen helped us with.
We signed a contract for another home in Agnes Water. We called Karen and engaged her services for this purchase also. Again, Karen transacted the contract with efficiency and professional guidance. This sale was handled electronically, which made the process so much easier for us.
Once we found a buyer for the beachside home in Agnes Water. We engaged Karen again as she had always returned our calls in a timely manner, she gets back to you either by text, email or phone as soon as she can. Her advice was easy to understand and she was able to answer questions we had immediately.
Karen dealt with our 3 files, 1 sale and 2 purchases all at the same time. So, whilst it was challenging times, Karen handled all the paperwork with the same efficient, professional manner she has with everything we have thrown at her.
