I am very impressed with the smoothness of the buying the property for myself., all the paper work, legal requiremends etc which needed to be done.Karen Davis was very approachable., always pleasant, always helpful and encouraging. My brother and I had dealings previously when we sold the farm. I have never had to do anything like this before and I am just very grateful for the way bytherules handled everything which needed to be done. Sincerely Glenda Morris
