Having not liaised with any buying/selling process for a couple of decades, lots of regulations had changed. Bytherules had all bases covered and we were informed in plenty of time to get all the required documentation and advised re how to do this. Communication with them was prompt and settlement was actioned as planned. They are: bytherules!
