Chantelle Pymble, the Conveyancing Paralegal, was exemplary in her professionalism, communication and attention to detail. Her timeliness and work-rate was exceptional. I would definitely recommend/engage Chantelle for future property transactions.
The total conveyancing cost on a $415k property was $3,200. 50% of that cost ($1,600) included a basic contract review by Kenley Chung the solicitor operating in background – probably the BTR franchisor. It’s a good business model.
