We honestly cannot recommend Janeen highly enough, she is absolutely incredible at what she does.
Janeen handled the sale of our two properties as well as the purchase of our dream home, and throughout the entire process she was nothing short of exceptional. What should have been one of the happiest and most exciting times for our family was unfortunately made quite stressful due to a difficult real estate agent, but Janeen completely stepped in and took that pressure off us.
Her attention to detail is outstanding, and she genuinely cares about her clients, not just the transaction. Whenever things became overwhelming or we were being hassled about matters that didn’t even concern us, Janeen took control, communicated on our behalf, and ensured everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We truly felt protected and supported every step of the way.
Nothing was ever too hard for her. She would even check in just to see how we were coping, which meant so much during a stressful time. That level of care is so rare, and it made all the difference.
We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Janeen turned what could have been an incredibly difficult experience into a smooth and manageable one, and for that we are so grateful.
