I have engaged by the rules for multiple property purchases and every single time they’ve been amazing. They respond to me very quickly, answer all questions and address any worries/concerns I have. Everything has always gone through smoothly with no hiccups. Special mention to Kerrie Chew whom I dealt with the most. She was always so helpful, friendly and always responded quickly when I emailed or called. I highly recommend bythe rules.
