Janeen looked after us from start to finish. Buying and selling through the Christmas period was difficult but Janeen made herself available for us right throughout. Janeen has a beautiful personality which always made us feel comfortable. She explained everything thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend Janeen and bytherules enough.
