I honestly believe you will not find a higher level of service in this space. The highest level of communication, answers to questions almost immediately, nothing was too hard (even with our unique and complicated scenario), and the follow up before, at and after settlement were just brilliant. If I could give a 50 out of 10 I would. I’m a fuss pot with customer service and have been amazed by the BTR team. Thanks again for your brilliant work!!
