From initial engagement, the team were helpful, communication was clear and consistent, and they know exactly what they’re doing. I was working with my Mum to sell her house and purchase a unit in a retirement village. I got By The Rules to take care of both the sale and purchase. Great value for money, caring and understanding when I needed it, I am so grateful we had this team on our side. Value for money and no sneaky costs, is also a bonus.
