I had a very positive experience with By The Rules, and it was great to know that whenever I called them there was a helpful voice on the other end. A huge thankyou to Ashlee, Kristie and the rest of the team who helped us get all the way to settlement, despite the few dramas along the way. We are very happy with the service we received, and the fee was more than reasonable. We will be returning to By The Rules for our next property adventure!
