Very thorough in management. Promp responses in both phone and written communication always. Always hearing a voice when I called was a very pleasant surprise and meant that queries where dealt with immediately which expediated process. Always received a very pleasant and helpful response when my lack of computer skills where less than desirable and I needed assistance. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you.
