By The Rules have been wonderful to deal with for both my Sale and subsequent purchase of a new property. Their friendly and helpful staff have made both processes proceed to settlement despite some hiccups on the Sale side that they dealt with seamlessly. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any sale or purchase conveyance.
