You have been awesome throughout the process. The part that impressed me is most is it’s so easy to reach out to you. You are always available on the phone, no ridiculous wait times or press 1,2,3 on the dial pad etc. and you are very good with your communications, keeping me updated throughout the process. I never felt like I am working remotely with you.
