Buying a house is often one of the most stressful periods in a persons life. I was frustrated with having to provide identification via the VOI. However staff were always polite courteous and efficient and I thank you for that. One thing that is very important is it Cindy Holden rang me personally and resolved the issue with regards to my identification. It was veru much appreciated. Thank you for your kindness.
