What started as a ‘run of the mill’ matter turned out to be very complicated thanks to the inefficiency of other stakeholders ie Commonwealth Bank. Due to By the Rules efficient and professional service we were able to settle on time, with ‘no blood shed’!! They were amazing and made a very difficult, stressful time a success. Cannot praise high enough. Thank you very much for being knowledgeable, efficient but most of all approachable and friendly. Very appreciative.
