Everything was smooth from your end. In hindsight there were several red flags regarding the mortgage broker that I went through, kind of stepping back once his part in earning his commission was fulfilled… Susie helped push Suncorp with their final stage of processing when the broker should have, and was all round very helpful and efficient in her dealings, as was Sheryn near the end. Also, no hidden fees, surprise conditions, or inflated/unrequested conveyancing costs, as I have heard from some work colleagues regarding their experiences with other solicitors. I only wish the Suncorp/ATO side of the experience had been as dependable as your people.
